Ingrédients pour un pain de 800 g ou plusieurs petits pains au lait
- 500 g de farine
- 10 g de sel
- 50 g de sucre
- Un sachet de levure de boulanger déshydraté 8 g ou 20 g de levure fraiche.
- 125 ml de lait
- 100 ml d'eau
- 125 g de beurre ou de margarine
Préparation à la machine à pain (3h10 environ)
Mettre le lait, l'eau le sel, le sucre et le beurre.Ajouter la farine et la levure de boulanger.
